The Big Chill

The Big Chill is a charity race held on the College Ave campus of Rutgers in New Brunswick every December. Every racer (this year there were over 3,700 racers!) must bring a toy for a child. The sponsorship of the race also donated thousands of dollars to the families of underprivileged children. It is the 2nd biggest race in NJ even after 5 short years of being established. Of course, I have no idea what the future holds, but that doesn't mean that its out of my control. So, what have I done to control my own fate? Not as much as I would have hoped. I recently attended a resume/interview workshop where I learned some great pointers about the hiring process. Fortunately, I already know a great deal from being an interviewer on the hiring team from my current job. I know what looks...
